Fast Park 2 BWI

We have used both the Fast Park & Relax location for several years, and I tried the Fast Park 2 for the first time since I see two to three more Fast Park 2 buses picking up passengers at BWI while we end up waiting longer for the Fast Park & Relax bus, which can be full so you have to wait for the next bus. For the $3 extra for the 8 days of parking, Fast Park 2 has a smaller lot, so you don't have to wait as long for all the passengers to get dropped off and the pickup bus at BWI left with just my husband and I, so we had our own private bus! Louis, the driver, was the strongest guy I have seen picking up my husband's oversize, heavy bike suitcase, his checked suitcase, and my carry-on suitcase at the same time to bring them onto the bus. He was very positive, personable, and friendly and enjoys his job. We had a fun talk on the way back to the car. He brought all our suitcases down from the bus and loaded them neatly into the trunk. We didn't even know they could all fit. Great experience with Fast Park 2, and we will be booking again!

I love how fast the shuttles are and that they pick me up right at my car and get me to the airport quickly. Every employee has always been friendly and hard working. Fast Park 2 shuttles seem to be available more often than Fast Park 1 upon return. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. I took a star off because the prices have increased but it’s just as slow as ever to earn free days and I wish they increased the benefits when costs went up. Also, I used to get a newspaper on a morning shuttle and free water. The newspaper went away and water was on exit only. The last time I went, the water was gone too which is a real disappointment. Please bring the water back!

When you pull up, there’s a person at the booth who is very friendly. The whole process is very smooth. As soon as you park, your car, you just stay at your car. Within five minutes or less van pulls up, Driver hops out and even asks you if you have your keys, cell phone and drivers license. The processes is smooth and the employees are friendly and helpful..

What do I like about fast park? Always have the shuttle at my car before I can even get out of my car. Always waiting at the airport when I need the shuttle back to the lot. Drivers are friendly and actually take my bag for me to put in the shuttle, and take out of shuttle. Bottom line is the service is second to none. No matter who is working that day, the level of service is always amazing. I actually feel special at Fast Park, and the rate is no different than economy at the airport, and I feel like a number when I park at the airport. Also, I earn free days over time at Fast Park. I don’t even remember the last time I parked in the airport lot. Wouldn’t even consider it anymore. Wish there was a location near DCA.
